Welcome to Crack MDMS. By accessing or using our website and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Crack MDMS provides an integrated online platform designed to streamline your NEET PG preparation. Our offerings include a Question Bank covering eighteen subjects, an Image Bank for high-impact radiology and pathology practice, high-yield Notes & Flashcards for rapid revision, twenty full-length Grand Mock Tests standardized to the NEET PG format, the NEET PG 2025 Predictor powered by proprietary algorithms and expert insights, and Personal Accountability Coaching. Premium subscribers who complete at least ninety percent of all core content are also eligible for our Money-Back Guarantee.
To register, you must be at least eighteen years old and provide accurate personal information, including a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Upon registration, you will receive a verification email; your account becomes active once you confirm via the link provided.
Crack MDMS offers three membership tiers: Free, Standard, and Premium. The Free plan grants fifty percent access to our Question and Image Banks, four Grand Mock Tests, and basic Notes & Flashcards. The Standard plan unlocks one hundred percent of the Banks, all twenty Grand Mock Tests, and the full Notes & Flashcards library. Premium members enjoy every benefit of the Standard plan, plus the NEET PG 2025 Predictor, Personal Accountability Coaching, and our Money-Back Guarantee. All subscription details and current pricing are available on our Subscription page; Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via your account settings.
Our Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively to Premium subscribers who complete at least ninety percent of the Question Bank modules, all twenty Grand Mock Tests, and all Predictor sessions, and then sit for NEET PG but do not qualify. Requests for a full refund must be submitted in writing within thirty days of the NEET PG results announcement and are subject to the full terms and conditions detailed on our Guarantee page.
Personal Accountability Coaching is offered to Premium members who complete a brief intake form, specifying their name, contact number, preferred medium (WhatsApp, phone, Zoom, or Google Meet), check-in frequency (daily, every two days, every four days, or weekly), desired coaching style (friendly, mentor-like, strict-teacher, or command-oriented), primary accountability challenge, target rank, and target score. Upon submission, a dedicated coach will contact you to tailor a study plan and schedule regular check-ins.
All users agree not to violate applicable laws or regulations, not to infringe upon Crack MDMS’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights, and not to introduce harmful code or share account credentials. Crack MDMS owns all Content and software underlying the Service; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal NEET PG preparation. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Service Content is strictly prohibited.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, Crack MDMS does not guarantee specific results such as passing NEET PG. Under no circumstances will Crack MDMS, its affiliates, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold Crack MDMS harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms. Crack MDMS may revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
